WAIVER: My child's participation in the program selected is voluntary. I understand that the selected activities may involve accidental injury and hereby voluntarily assume such risks. Knowing these risks, I want my child to participate in this activity. I (on behalf of my child) hereby assume the risk, and hereby waive, release, and discharge Step Up Kids Run Club, LLC, its officers, employees, activity instructors and assistants, and all officers and employees of the school or community center sites where said activity will take place, for any and all claims for damages for personal injuries, or claims for damages to property, which my child or my child's heirs, assigns, executors or administrators may have or which may accrue to my child's participation in this activity.

PRIVACY: I consent for Step Up Kids Run Club to use any photographs or video recording that are taken of my child while participating in the activity for use in company brochures and program materials that are distributed both as printed document and on the internet. No payment will be made for use of these photographs and/or videos. No child's name will ever be used in connection with these images.

PARTICIPANT MINIMUM: A minimum of four participants must be registered and have paid by end of day one week (7 days) before the starting date for this session to proceed. If the required number of participants has not been reached by this date, any registration fees paid will be refunded along with a cancellation notice sent to the email given at registration.

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or withdrawals on or after one week (7 days) before the starting date. If a cancellation/withdrawal request is received 8 days or earlier before the starting date a full refund, minus processing fees, will be issued.

WEATHER: We will make every effort to meet for each scheduled class. If a class is canceled due to weather this will be communicated using the email and/or phone number provided at registration. Make up dates for any cancelled classes will be offered when possible pending location availability on future dates. No refunds will be offered for missed classes.

BEHAVIOR: Step Up Kids Run Club reserves the right to release, without refund of program fees, any child whose behavior becomes unmanageable.
